
Who We Are
Lexington-Fayette County Medical Reserve Corps' mission is to serve our community with a response-ready MRC unit filled with a dedicated team of trained volunteers that offer diverse backgrounds and approaches to public health emergencies and disasters. The counties we cover are Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, Jessamine, Nicholas, and Scott.
What We Do
Lexing-Fayette County Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) is a part of the national MRC program. We are a nationwide team of volunteers with a diverse range of backgrounds and skillsets dedicated to assisting our communities through disaster response and community outreach.
We strive to maintain a well-rounded and deployable ready MRC Unit and do so by offering the following opportunities for our volunteers:
- Vaccination clinics
- First Aid Training
- CPR Training
- Disaster recovery
- Emergency shelter operation support
- Community outreach and support
